Hair Masks of Banana

Our hair is very precious to us as they have an effective role in managing our personality and appearance. Shiny, bouncy and healthy hair reflects the internal health and happiness of the person. Due to various modern lifestyle and environmental issues, the hair gets damaged and we are unable to take proper care of them as the cosmetics are often quite expensive and cumbersome to use. In such a scenario, it is the best to have natural ingredients that can not only provide luster to our hair but also repair them from external and internal damage.

We know banana as a health boosting fruit rich in nutrients that is good for our body and growth. Little do many people know of its application benefits on hair! So we bring for you a few tried and tested hair masks and packs that will give you healthy, shiny hair in minimum price and best treatment.

#1- Use banana and almond hair mask for dry and damaged hair. Mash 1 banana and add 1 tsp almond oil to it. Make a smooth blend and apply on your hair. Let it dry for 20 minutes and wash off with mild shampoo.

#2- For soft and shiny hair- Take puree of 1 or 2 ripened banana- depending on the length of your hair- Add 1 tsp coconut oil and 1 or 2 tsp honey. Take ½ bowls of fresh curd and mix with the above contents. Apply this mask gently on the full length of your hair and rinse it off after 30 minutes with the help of some natural herbs based mild shampoo. You will realize that your hair have got the natural shine and bounce after drying. If you are not in a hurry, do not use any drier, let them dry naturally as the hot air in drier affects the innate bounce of hair.

#3- For damage repair: Take 1 ripened banana and 1 whole egg yolk. Mix them together and add 2 tsp virgin olive oil + 4 tsp raw milk + 2 tsp honey. Apply the mixture of these ingredients on your hair as a pack and let it dry for 25- 30 minutes. Wash off with shampoo and see the results. Your hair will look healthy and properly conditioned.
